					<description>That is a good point. I have always considered the burden to be on the person asking &quot;for the dime&quot; rather than the giver &quot;of nickels&quot;. After all you can't expect them to be mind readers now can you? Besides I use pennies as I find dimes to be a bit too thin.</description>
