I was suddenly having cut/paste and save issues within dreamweaver. After about 30 minutes of search I found 2 solutions.
Reinstall Dreamweaver
OR
– Close Dreamweaver
– go to drive:documents and settingsusernameapplication
datamacromediadreamweaver mx 2004
– there’s supposed to be a ‘configuration’ folder there, rename it to
‘configuration-old’
– restart Dreamweaver.
